Our Mission:
(the suit and tie explanation)

Project: Humanity is a not for profit organization that raises awareness about social issues through the arts.

Project: Humanity brings together art and social consciousness which are intrinsically connected but rarely have the opportunity to articulate together.

The aim is to create a bridge between the general public as audience and those in need.

Project: Humanity offers engaging and accessible opportunities to gain perspective on local and global social issues while contributing positive solutions to those issues.

The primary undertaking is to support youth social issues by presenting socially motivated, artistic events and providing engaging youth-oriented initiatives.

Each project starts with a local or global human interest issue with the intention of bringing to light the particular human need that can be met through artistic creation.

The inspiration for the art arises out of the artist's own personal experience with the specific issue being focused on.

The art is presented in a public setting that allows the audience to become more aware of the issue while providing the opportunity to contribute to its solution in a variety of ways, such as through contributed time, financial sponsorship, or materials and goods.

Our Artistic Vision:
(the beret and beads explanation)

There has always been a link between art and social work, although not many have dared to find the through line and draw it. We at Project: Humanity not only see the link but believe that drawing it is not enough. We plan to live it, for only through the practical, can the theoretical work.

In theory, social work can inspire art, art can empower social work, and outlooks on life can be improved with the end product being the growth of human awareness.

In reality, we are the gears that put this theory in motion and we are the inertia that keeps it moving forward showing the world how easy it is to care and to create all with the same beautiful brushstroke.
